Shereen Ragheb is a Filipino-Egyptian documentary photographer whose work explores immigrant communities, multicultural identity, and familial bonds. She strives to create work that is personal to her and accessible to audiences of diverse backgrounds. She believes in the power of representation and wants to make work that highlights underrepresented communities. Originally based in Atlanta, she is currently pursuing a BFA in Photojournalism at the Corcoran School of Arts and Design at George Washington University in Washington DC and expects to graduate in May 2022.
